James Larry Bragg, Sr.
Mr. Bragg was born in Covington, TN on March 3, 1941. He was a self employed Porcelain Dental Lab Technician in the Memphis area for 45 years.
A very knowledgeable man who really enjoyed sharing stories of history and was a descendent of a civil war military General. Mr.
Bragg in his spare time enjoyed rebuilding antique E-type Jaguar sport cars. One of the Jaguars he rebuilt won 1st place at the
Mud-Island car show. Mr. Bragg was an avid collector of guns, swords, helmets, coins, painting, and Remington statues.
He was a very good painter and design jewelry for family and friends.
He enjoyed music and was a very good Bass player and was in several bands when he was younger. He was bass player for Charlie Rich before he became famous.
He always enjoyed going to the gun, coin and Civil war shows with his friends and was always checking out the antique stores.
Mr. Bragg enjoyed special times with his family and friends. He was married to his wife Audrey Faye Bragg for 36 years.
He had one son, James Larry Bragg, Jr. and his twin grandsons, Monroe and Presley Bragg, who are 7 years old.
Mr. Bragg passed away Saturday morning, February 12, 2011. He was 69 years of age, and will always be remembered by his
family and friends as a very special man.
